Xeglyze

Single application head lice product capable of killing both eggs and lice.

Scientific Background

Xeglyze™ Lotion is a topical lotion containing an inhibitor of metalloproteinases. These proteinases are important for survival in all stages of the louse lifecycle from egg to adult.

The metalloproteinase inhibitor that is the active agent in Xeglyze™ Lotion is being developed specifically for the treatment of head lice eggs and crawling lice. This active ingredient has undergone extensive testing in both preclinical and clinical studies which has provided support for the ongoing development of Xeglyze™ Lotion.
